Wash and cut the mushroom into the sliced.
Take a bowl and add salt, black pepper, lemon juice, ginger, garlic paste and veg oil.
Add mushrooms and mix well in marination. keep it for 10 minutes. - 2
Heat the butter in a pan Saute the garlic for 2 minutes add mushrooms and 1/4 cup of water, cover and cook for 5 to 8 minutes on medium hot heat.
Now add the malai and stir for 2 minute more add coriander leaves and switch off the gas.
Serve with roti,paratha or bread.
