Ingredients

  • 200grm paneer mesh
  • 2 bunchspinach chopped
  • 1 tbsginger garlic paste
  • 2onion paste
  • 2tomato paste
  • 1 tbsrisen/ kishmish
  • 1/2 tspwhite pepper
  • 3green chili
  • 1 tspred chili powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tsptarmaric powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspsugar 1 tbs fenugreek leaves
  • 2 tbspcream
  • 15cashwnut paste
  • Oil for fry kofta
  • 2 tbspbasan
  • 2 tbscornflar

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add water keep for boil and add salt and sugar after boil add chopped spinach and remov water and add cold water and keep in strainer/ take a pan add 1 tbsp oil and add basan and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 2 pinch salt and 1/4 tsp white pepper and stir 2 minutes and add spinach and add 1tbsp cashwnut paste and stir to cook fine mixture and keep aside/ take a bowl add mesh paneer and 2 pinch salt and white pepper and raisins and chopped coriander leaves mix well and keep aside

    Make small balls paneer and spinach bowl prass to hands and staffing paneer balls and make fine kofta dust cornflar/ take a pan add oil heat and fry it kofta and cut 2 pieces and keep aside/ take a pan add oil add cumin seeds and green chili stir add onion paste stir fry to cook add ginger garlic paste salt red chili powder coriander powder turmeric powder stir cook well add fenugreek leaves and chopped coriander leaves and cashwnut paste stir cook add cream stir until smooth gravy

    Plating this gravy and kofta and garnish cream and leftover mesh paneer and garnish coriander leaves and salad / ready to serve with paratha
