Pour boiled milk into the pan mix well. Pour little water and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Add the oats. Mix well continuously.

Adjust milk as for the thickness of oats kheer. Switch off the fire. Let it cool for a minute.

Add brown sugar, give a mix. Let it melt for a minute.

Take oats kheer into a serving bowl.
