  2. chili peppers
  3. okra
  4. luffa (sponge gourd)

  1. 1

    Clean the fish and marinate with black pepper, sugar, and MSG until well absorbed. Place in a pot and simmer until the sauce thickens and is almost gone. Add a few whole chili peppers.

    Soak okra and luffa in salted water, rinse well, then boil until tender.
