Steps

Take Kaju rub it with a clean cloth make a fine powder in a mixer grinder.

Now take a non-stick pan and add sugar and water. Make sugar syrup and boil it. Add Kaju powder in it.

Cook it till thick or leave the pan.

Now take a plastic sheet apply some ghee on it then put cooked kaju, roll it with the help of rolling pin.

Apply varak on it than cut in desire size kaju katli is ready.
