  1. 1 cupCooked Quinoa
  2. 1/4 cupPowdered Oats
  3. 1/4 cupOrganic Suji
  4. 2-3boiled potatoes
  5. 1chopped onion
  6. 1chopped tomato
  7. 1 tbspGinger Chilli Garlic Paste
  8. as per tastesalt
  9. 1/2 tspblack salt
  10. 1 tspchat masala
  11. 1 tspdry mango powder
  12. 1lemon juice

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients very well

    Knead like a dough.

  3. 3

    Make small balls of the dough.

    Bake in a greased tray in oven @200degree temperature for 15-20mins

    Or brush with oil and bake in air fryer @200degree for 10-12mins both the sides.

    Ready..serve hot with any chutney,sauce or dip of your choice.
