  2. 2 cupRice
  3. as neededOil for Cooking
  4. 2Dry Red Chillies
  5. 2 SpoonKashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  6. 2 spoonGinger Garlic Green Chillies Paste
  7. 1 SpoonCumin Powder
  8. 1 SpoonSesame Seeds
  9. 1 SpoonCumin Seeds
  10. 1 SpoonMustard Seeds
  11. 1 SpoonCurry leaves
  12. 2 spoonLemon Juice
  13. 2 packetEno (fruit Salt)
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 1 SpoonTurmeric Powder
  16. as neededOil for Cooking half Cup

    Take Split Chickpea 500gmand Rice 2 Cup full Soaked it Separately for 6-7 hours.Afterwards Grind them Both Seperately in a Grinder.

    After Grinding both Split Chickpea and Rice make a smooth paste and keep aside for fermentation process 5-6 hours. After Fermenting the Better mix Ginger Garlic Green Chillies Paste 2 Spoon full,Salt as per taste, Turmeric Powder 1 Spoon,Red Chilli Powder 1 Spoon, Cumin Powder 1 Spoon mix well all ingredients together.

    After mixing All Ingredients lastly at the time of Cooking mix to Pouch of Eno fruit Salt mix with 1 Spoon of Any Cooking Oil, Now Greased the idli Maker to put the better into it.Now put the Idli Better into it and Cook for 10 to 12 min on medium flame.

    After Cooking the Idli keep cool on room temperature and unmould it from the maker and keep aside then Prepare Tadka for the Idli for Tempering taste.Take a Pan add half Cup Oil heat for 2 min then add Dry Red Chillies, Curry leaves, Mustard Seeds 1 Spoon, Cumin Seeds 1 Spoon, Sesame Seeds 1 Spoon, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 Spoon mix well heat for 2 min off the flame.
