Ingredients

10-12minutes
1 serving
  • 1small katoriSoaked and sprouted green moong dal-
  • 1smallChopped onion-
  • 1smallChopped tomato-
  • 1tbspOil for sauteing-
  • as per tasteSalt
  • -1/2teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  • 1/4teaspoonCoriander powder-
  • apinchChat Masala powder-
  • 1Wheat flour Chapati-
  • 1tbspTomato ketchup-
  • 2-3Onion rings or slices-
  • 2Tomato slices-
  • 1/2teaspoonCumin seeds-
  • Pinchhing
  • 1/4teaspoonTurmeric powder-
  • apinchChat Masala powder-
  • 5-6tbspsWater- or as required to cook the sprouted dal
  • 1teaspoonOil- for roasting the wrap

Steps

10-12minutes
  1. 1

    First heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and hing and saute them.

  2. 2

    Now add chopped onion and saute it.

  3. 3

    Add chopped tomato and saute it.

  4. 4

    Now add turmeric powder,salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder,chaat masala and mix all well on sim.

  5. 5

    Now add sprouted green moong dal and little water and let it cook on sim for few minutes till the whole water is absorbed and dal is cooked well.

  6. 6

    Now take a chapatti and spread tomato ketchup over it.

  7. 7

    Now place the filling of moong dal and onion and tomato slices.

  8. 8

    Now fold it for a wrap.

  9. 9

    Now heat oil again in a non-stick tawa.

  10. 10

    Roast the wrap from both the sides.

  11. 11

    Serve hot with tea or coffee or pack in tiffin.
