Sprouted moong kathi roll

First heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and hing and saute them.

Now add chopped onion and saute it.

Add chopped tomato and saute it.

Now add turmeric powder,salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder,chaat masala and mix all well on sim.

Now add sprouted green moong dal and little water and let it cook on sim for few minutes till the whole water is absorbed and dal is cooked well.

Now take a chapatti and spread tomato ketchup over it.

Now place the filling of moong dal and onion and tomato slices.

Now fold it for a wrap.

Now heat oil again in a non-stick tawa.

Roast the wrap from both the sides.

Serve hot with tea or coffee or pack in tiffin.
