Dhaba Style Rajma Masala

Firstly take 1 cup of rajma and soak it in water for about 2 to 3 hours and then pressure cook it until 4 whistles.

In a pan add butter and oil once the oil is heated add hing, cumin seeds and saute it for about 30 sec then add the green chilli and ginger paste and saute it for about a min.

Then add tomato puree, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, amchur powder, salt as per the taste, sugar and give it a mix and add water and cook it for about 2 to 3 min.

Then add the rajma and mix it and cook it for another 2 min then add coriander and turn off the flame.

Your Rajma curry is ready to serve it roti or jeera rice.
