  1. 100 gmsSoya chunks
  2. 1small Capsicum(cut in cubes)
  3. 1small Onion(cut in cubes)
  4. 100 gmsCurd
  5. 1&1/2 tspRed Chilli powder
  6. 1 tspGaram masala powder
  7. 1 tbspGinger Garlic paste
  8. 1 tspChaat masala powder
  9. 1 tspLemon juice
  10. 2 tspMustard oil
  11. 1 tbspCashew paste
  12. to tasteSalt

Steps

20 minutes

    Boil soya chunks in water with salt for 5 minutes.

    Let it cool and squeeze all water.

    Take boiled soya chunks, onion and capsicum in a mixing bowl.

    Add curd, all spices, lemon juice, salt and oil.

    Mix all well and marinate it for 30 minutes.

    After marinade, Pierce in wooden sticks with a line of soya chunks, onion and capsicum cubes.

    Heat a grill pan and grill it from all sides with turning occasionally on medium flame.

    Remove from pan and serve with onion rings and your favourite sauce.
