It's mom's recipe. Add dil leaves to it which will enhance the taste.can be cooked with red chilli powder /green chilli paste. Spinach is rich in iron and minerals and mutton in protein and vitamins so a full pack meal compliments with roti, rice tandoori roti.

Chop the spinach and dil leaves and soak in water wash and strain keep aside.

Take oil in cooker put onion saute it light brown or change in color. Add mutton, green chilli paste ginger garlic paste, salt, haldi powder, mix well saute and take whistle untill mutton is tender. It takes nearly 15 mins.

Now add the washed spinach, cook it untill it's done. It's ready. Easy to prepare and healthy to eat.
