Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilages, skin, and blood. We need protein to protect our body. Soya chunks are rich in protein. Soya contains 56% protein, so it's good for health.

Steps

Boil soya chunks in water with salt for 5 minutes.

Let it cool and squeeze all water.

Take boiled soya chunks, onion and capsicum in a mixing bowl.

Add curd, all spices, lemon juice, salt and oil.

Mix all well and marinate it for 30 minutes.

After marinade, Pierce in wooden sticks with a line of soya chunks, onion and capsicum cubes.

Heat a grill pan and grill it from all sides with turning occasionally on medium flame.

Remove from pan and serve with onion rings and your favourite sauce.
