Firstly cut the coconut into small pieces.

Grind them in a mixer jar.

Transfer it to a pan.

Dry roast for 3 mins.

Then add ghee and stir very well for 3 mins.

Add sugar and mix well.

Cook until the moisture evaporates.

Transfer it to a greased bowl.

Sprinkle cardamom powder.

Grease your palm with ghee and make small ladoo.

You can add food colour to make colourful ladoo.
