  • 7-8garlic cloves
  • 1 tspginger
  • as neededoil for frying
  • 2 tspcorn flour
  • 1 tspgram flour
  • 2 pinchajinomoto
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchfood colour

    Firstly cut the potatoes in long slices

  2. 2

    Then remove from hot water

  3. 3

    Then dry it

  4. 4

    Then mix all ingredients in potatoes

  5. 5

    Then hot the oil

  6. 6

    Then put some-some potatoes in the oil

  7. 7

    Then remove potatoes from the pan

  8. 8

    And Enjoy it
