Moong dal Bhajia

Wash & Soak the moong dal for around 2hrs.

Then strain and put in a mixer jar

Add green chillies and ginger and grind with very less water.

Transfer to a bowl.

Add all the spices and coriander leaves and give it a nice mix.

Heat oil in a kadhai

Make bhajias with hand or spoon...big or small as per your choice...

Fry it on medium to high flame

Serve hot with tomato ketchup or tamarind chutney or coriander chutney.
