For pizza base:

Mix all the pizza base ingredients except eno and make a thick batter and let it rest for 5 mins.

Add eno and pour the batter on a preheated tawa after applying butter.

Let it cook on slow flame and then flip it. Apply butter on other side also

On the cooked side apply pizza sauce and arrange all the toppings.

Sprinkle salt and herbs, grate the cheese.

Cover the pan with a lid. Let it cook on slow flame.

The pizza will be ready in 10 mins when the base is crisp.
