In kadai heat Oil and add mustard seeds, chana dal, saute for 2-3mins.next add chilli, carrot, beans and saute for 3-4mins

Add rava and roast on low flame until it turn aromatic.Add oats and mix well. After 2mins, off the flame.

Transfer the mixture and allow to cool completely.

Next add curd and salt mix well and rest for 20mins.

After 20mins steam the oats idli for 15mins on medium flame.

Serve oats idli with sambar or chutney.
