Steps

Mix or dry ingredients in gram flour with water to make thick batter. Set a side for 10mins.

Heat oil then with the help of spoon drop batter into wok. Let it fry on medium flame until golden brown. From both sides.

Pour glass of water in a bowl and dip pakoras in it for 2 mins to soak it.

Meanwhile in another bowl whisk Yougart so that no lumps left. Add sugar in it. Mix it well.

Now add pakoras in it. Spread Yougart on top.

Sprinkle chaat masala on top. Ready to serve.
