Make slits on chicken and apply salt and black pepper and keep aside

Soak the whole chillies in warm water over night or for 4_5hrs

Take out from water and blend with all ingredients for sauce

Blend till a thick puree type sauce, taste it and adjust the hotness of sauce by adding chillies and salt now according to your taste.

Apply some sauce on chicken and coat well on all sides

Keep Merinateed in fridge overnight is best or at least 4_5 hours

Put chicken in baking greased tray apply some more sauce

Bake in preheatd oven at 400f for 30 mins on one side than take them out turn them and apply some more sauce and bake again for 30mins or depend on oven till fully cooked check by poking. (no blood oozing out)

Cook the leftover sauce till the rawness is done and apply on cooked chicken then wrap in foil and bake for few mins.

Take out it's ready.

While you bake chicken cook rice.

Soak rice for a while

Chop onions and garlic, tomatoes and green chillies

Heat oil add onions and sautee, add garlic and fry add tomatoes and peri sauce, salt and little water and cook till boil comes add rice and water nearly 5cups and cook on low flame till water dries.

Add green chillies and put on dum for few mins covered.

For baked potatoes I sliced them you can make wedges and coat them with peri sauce and salt. Bake them or fry

Make a platter with rice peri chicken and chips and serve it with some peri sauce
