Ingredients

30 mins.
  • 1 boxwhite cake mix
  • 1small pkg strawberry jello
  • 1 c.vegtable oil
  • 1/2 c.milk
  • 4eggs
  • 1 c.sweetened strawberries
  • 1 c.chopped pecans
  • 1 cupshredded coconut
  • Icing
  • 1 stickbutter
  • 1 boxpowered sugar
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1/2 c.sweetened strawberries
  • 1/2 c.chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c.shredded coconut

Steps

30 mins.
  1. 1

    Mix cake mix, jello, oil, milk, and eggs. Beat 3mins.

  2. 2

    Fold in strawberries, pecans, and coconut.

  3. 3

    Pour into greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.

  4. 4

    For icing cream butter and powered sugar.

  5. 5

    Add strawberries, coconut, pecans, and vanilla. Blend well.

  6. 6

    Spread icing over cooled cake. I sometimes make 1 1/2 yield for icing.
