Soak chana dal in water for half an hour. Take cooker add some oil and add small chopped onion and paste(ginger and green chilli)

After onion sorted in oil than add spinach and chana dal and salt and haldi in it

Now roast(bhuna) it properly. After that add finely chopped tomatoes in it and dhaniya powder and roast it for few min

Now add water and wistle the cooker.. than open the cooker and mesh the mixture

Now make tadka cut garlic in very small piece add some oil and when garlic turns pinkish add lal mirchi

Now add tadka into mixture. Mix it well.

Now saahi bhaji is ready to serve
