Firstly boli the milk well then curdle it with dash of lime juice don’t stirr immediately give it 3-5 minutes then stirr & scrape the sides too

Once it is curdled well then remove all the water now in a pan add the curdled milk then add in sugar, cardamom powder,strands of saffron let it cook for 10 minutes keep stirring make sure it’s not catching from the bottom

While the sugar is dissolved gradually add the ghee stirr continues till the ghee separates then remove it in a greased plate after 20 minutes make any desired shapes garnish it with almonds & enjoy the delicious sweet from the comfort of our sweet home..!!
