Steps

In a non-stick kadhai roast the khoa or mawa untill raw smells gone and it turned aromatic. Keep aside for cooling

Meanwhile grate the coconut and dry roast a little. Again take a thick bottom kadai add roasted khoa and coconut mix it well till separates the kadai surface.

Add sugar, cardamom powder and raisins mix it again till sugar dissolve. (you can use powdered sugar too). Switch off the gas.

Now transfer this mixture into the greased plate and spread it well also tap it little.

Cool it completely and cut into diamond or square shapes top with few cashew nuts. Store in fridge taste is yummy
