Take ghee in pan, add grated coconut and saute a little.

Add milk, ground sugar, milk powder,elaichi powder and mix properly.

Turn off the gas. When it get mixed properly and get binded like dough.

Let it cool and shape it ladoo.

For burfi, divide it into parts. Mix two different colours.

Roll one coconut mixture and spread it with belan on foil paper.

Then spread another colour mixture over it. Now roll it along with foil paper.

Let it set in freeze. Then open the foil paper and cut into pieces.
