In a mixing bowl take flour and add 1/2 tsp salt and 2 tsp oil mix well. Now add little water and knead it. Make a semi-soft dough.

In a bowl take grated cabbage chopped chillies and coriander leaves. Strain the water of grated onion and add in this mixture. sprinkle a little salt and mix all ingredients.

Now make small balls from the dough and roll it in circle shape, apply little oil and sprinkle a pinch of red chilli powder and salt spread all side evenly then put one tsp mixture of veggies in the middle. Fold it from one side and then the other side.fold the bottom on the upper side to give a triangle shape. Press lightly with hands sprinkle some flour and roll it.

Heat a non-stick pan apply little oil and cook the paratha from both side.serve with sauce and pickles
