Cooking Instructions

Take milk in a heavy bottom pan and just make it Lukewarm.
Add vinegar at this point in milk and Stir it continuously. - 2
Separate the curdled milk in a muslin cloth and Squeeze it gently.

Again dip it in warm liquid whey (separated from curdled milk)for 5 seconds and take it out. Repeat this process for 3 times.

Take the squeezed cheese and put in ice cold water for 5 seconds..Take it out and squeeze it gently. Repeat this process 3 times.

Wrap these squeezed milk in cling wrap. Fold it in candy/ toffee style. Make a knot in the middle. and Freeze it.

Enjoy your homemade mozzarella cheese in breads/ salads/ pizzas or any other recipe demanding cheese.
