Ingredients

20 minutes

8 chilla

1 cupsprouted moong
2green chillies
1/2 cupginger
1/2 cuprice flour
to tasteSalt

In mixer jar grind the sprouted moong dal with chillies and ginger to smooth paste.

Remove the paste in bowl and add rice flour and salt.

Add water to adjust the consistency like dosa batter.
4

Heat tawa, make crispy dosa and serve hot with your favourite church.
