Turn on the gas flame and add water to a pot and add 2 drops of oil and then boil vermicelli for 4 to 5 min. Then drain all water and wash it in fresh water.

Place a kadhai add oil, curry leaves, Chopped green chillies, then add all chopped vegetables and saute them by adding salt, and cover the lid for 4 mins. Then add turmeric, Chilli powder, and saute them in medium flame.

Now at last add boiled vermicelli and add few drops of lemon juice. Then mix to them all together. Turn off the gas flame and serve hot.
