  • 1 bowlsemolina
  • 1 bowlcurd
  • 1/2 Tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 Tspblack salt
  • 1 Tbspkitchen king masala
  • 1 Tspred chilli powder
  • 1 Tbsproasted kasoori methi
  • 1/2 cupboiling corn
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1 TspEno powder

  1. 1

    In a bowl take sooji along with curd & some water. Soak it for 20-25 min.

    After that add all the spices with corn and add some more water to make Idli batter. Now add eno powder and mix it.

    Boil some water in a large pan already.Pour the batter into the greased Idli stand and put into the boiling water pan.

    Cook it at high flame for 5 min and then cook for 5 min more at medium flame. Idllies are ready to serve.
