Rinse and soak urad dal for 5- 6 hours. than drain extra water from it

Now place it into the grinder and grind it into the fine paste

Than transfer into one bowl and add ginger, chilli paste and salt. Mix well

Now take one pan. Heat oil in it.. and fry small small vadas in it. Deep fry untill it's golden brown and crispy. Than take them out and cool it at room temperature

Than transfer them into the bowl filled with water. Soak them for 7-8 mins. Than press them gently between your two palms to remove excess water. Transfer them into the plate

Now take one bowl add curd to beat with powdered sugar, salt

Take one plate or bowl. Put soaked vadas. Pour generous amount of curd in it. And top it with red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder. It is ready to serve
