Ingredients

  • 250 gChicken breast
  • For marination
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspWhite pepper
  • 1/4 tspOregano
  • 1 tbspVinegar
  • 1 tbspChilli sauce
  • 1/2 tspPaprika powder
  • For coating
  • 6 tbspFlour
  • 6 tbspCorn flour
  • Red chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for fry

    Cut chicken into cubes

  2. 2

    Marinate chicken cubes with all spices also add paprika powder and rest it for 30 mins

  3. 3

    Coat chicken cubes in coating mixture and then dipped them into chilled water and again coat them in coating mixture

  4. 4

    Deep fry until golden brown
