Hare Kaddu ki Sabzi
Unique dish..kaddu can be used in various forms .
Steps

Take a wok, add oil, heat it.

Add methi dana & zeera, let it splutter.

Now add ginger garlic, saute it till light brown at moderate heat.

Add green chilli, stir it. Add washed kaddu, increase the flame, stir fry it for a while.

Add salt, haldi powder & dhania powder. Stir fry it for a while.

Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it until tender. Do not stir much.

Open the lid now b, increase the flame, stir fry it till kaddu turns light brown.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

Have it with paratha or puri.
