Ingredients

25- 30 minutes
3-4 person
  • 500 gmhara kaddu (may cook without peeling also)
  • 1-2 tbspmustard oil
  • Pinchmethi,
  • Pinchjeera /cumin seeds
  • 3-4garlic cloves grated
  • 1 inchginger grated
  • to taste Salt
  • 2-3green chilli chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsphaldi(Turmeric) powder
  • 1 tspdhania(coriander) powder

Steps

25- 30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a wok, add oil, heat it.

  2. 2

    Add methi dana & zeera, let it splutter.

  3. 3

    Now add ginger garlic, saute it till light brown at moderate heat.

  4. 4

    Add green chilli, stir it. Add washed kaddu, increase the flame, stir fry it for a while.

  5. 5

    Add salt, haldi powder & dhania powder. Stir fry it for a while.

  6. 6

    Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it until tender. Do not stir much.

  7. 7

    Open the lid now b, increase the flame, stir fry it till kaddu turns light brown.

  8. 8

    Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

  9. 9

    Have it with paratha or puri.
