Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 cupsWhole wheat flour(Atta)
  2. 2Ripe Banana
  3. as per tasteJaggery
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspfennel seeds(Saunf)
  6. 1 cupmilk
  7. As requiredOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add chopped banana, milk, jaggery to a blender and blend to a smooth paste.Transfer to a bowl.

  2. 2

    Start adding flour little by little and make a smooth paste out of it. If required add more milk/ water to make a smooth runny consistency batter.

  3. 3

    Add Saunf,salt and mix well.

  4. 4

    Heat a tawa, grease little oil/butter and spread the batter on tawa like a dosa. let it cook well in medium flame for 3 mins.Flip it over an cook the other side as well.

  5. 5

    You can also make them in uttapam pan,like I did. They look super cut. aren't they?
