Everyone loves Maggi. Let's make a healthier version of it by adding lots of vegetables.
Steps

Boil the Maggi. Separate the cooked maggi and water. Keep them aside.
- 2
Take a pan and add oil. Add garlic, ginger and onions. Sauté for a minute or two.

Now add all the other vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes.
- 4
Add the spices and mix well.
- 5
Add one bowl of water remains to the vegetables. Once the water comes to boil, add maggi to it.
- 6
Cook for about 5 minutes. Maggi soupy noodles is ready to serve. Enjoy!!
