Ingredients

2 servings

1/3plus 2 TBS BBQ sauce
1 (8 oz)boneless skinless chicken breast
2/3 cupgrated cheese like gouda
2/3 cupgrated mozzarella cheese
1small red onion

Steps

Microwave chicken breast and cut into small chunks. Sautee onion and mix with chicken and 2 TBS BBQ sauce.

Spread remaining 1/3 BBQ sauce on Boboli pizza dough almost to the edges. Top with mozzarella. Then top with chicken/onion mixture. Top with remaining 2/3 cheese.

Bake 20-25 minutes on a pizza pan in a 400 degree oven.
