Add all the ingredients of making the dough, and knead a soft dough using little water at a time. Rest the dough for 15 mins.

For Stuffing, finely grate the cauliflower florets head. In a wok add oil and sauté the green chilli and add cauliflower and sauté again for few mins. Add all spices and mix well. Let it cool completely before stuffing.

Make the lemon size balls out of the dough, roll it to 6 inches. Place spoonful of stuffing mixture in center. Close it from all sides and pack it. Dust it with some dry flour and roll it to paratha.

Now heat a tawa, add and cook the paratha from both the sides. Grease it with ghee it butter. Serve hot with yoghurt and homemade pickles.
