In a bowl combine all vegetables and spices.mix well. Take cornstarch and add salt and water in it..slurry is ready, keep aside. Take mixture in your hands make a big roll and stuff cheese cube (divide into four pieces of one cube) inside.roll it gently.

Dip in slurry and coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat the same process one more time.Heat oil in a pan.Deep fry rolls until crisp and golden brown color. Drain on tissue paper. Serve hot with sauce and chutney.
