1st make garlic chutney. For garlic chutney, take garlic cloves in mixture, add in red chilli powder, salt and mixture it very well.

Then take potatoes cut it into middle and put this chutney.

Now take a cooker, add oil, cumin seeds, dry red chilli, asafoetida, and add garlic chutney.

Then add red chilli powder, haldi powder, salt, garam masala. Mix well. Cook it 2 minutes.

Then add potatoes and cook it 1 minute

Now add water as required.

Cover the cooker and wait for 3 to 4 whistle.

When cooker cool down open it.and the sabzi is ready.

Serve it.
