Take one bowl. Add 2 cup of flour, salt to taste and 2 tablespoon oil. Mix all ingredients and knead dough by adding water in small small portion.

Now take other bowl crushed paneer in it than add pinch of salt, red chilli flakes, oregano, cheese cube and coriander. Mix them well

Now divide atta into very small balls. Roll them with your palms. Now take one small ball and roll chappati with it. Roll all balls and give round shape

Now add paneer stuffing. And stick other rolled circle shap chappati on it. And rolled it again with light hands.

Now heat up griddle or tawa. Smear it with oil. Now gentle place paratha towards the tawa and cook paratha until it cooked from all sides

Now cut it into 4 pieces and serve it in plate with sauce or curd
