Ingredients

  1. 250 gramcauliflower
  2. 100 grampotato
  3. 3 tspoil
  4. 50 gramtomato
  5. 4 piecesgreen chilli
  6. 100 gramgreen peas
  7. 1 spoongaram masala
  8. 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  9. 1/4 spoonred chilli powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 Garlic cloves
  12. 1 onion
  13. 1 Ginger
  14. As neededPanch phoran

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Potatoes and cauliflower will be cut and washed

    Chopped onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies

    First oil will be added panch phoran

  4. 4

    Then onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies 5 minutes on low heat

  5. 5

    Then add cauliflower and potatoes 15 minutes on low heat

    Now add garam masala, turmeric, red chilli and water Boil for 10 minutes

  7. 7

    Then tomatoes and peas have to be added

  8. 8

    Put the Salt to taste

  9. 9

    Vegetable will be ready after 10 minutes Now add green coriander
