Prepare the batter at home or buy the ready made batter from store. add salt and water in the batter.

Add chopped tomato, chopped green chilli, chopped onion and chopped ginger into the batter. Add hing, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and chopped coriander. mix it well. the batter is slightly thicker than dosa and slightly thinner than idli.

Now when tawa is ready. pour one laddel batter and spread it in round shape. Add 1 tspoon oil on the top. cook it for aprox 2-3 minutes. till it becomes golden brown. flip it gently and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
