Mix the sugar, salt, satay powder, chili powder, and chili sauce together to make a thick seasoning paste. Flatten the baguette, spread butter on both sides, then spread the seasoning paste on top. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Chop scallions, add a little oil, and microwave for 30 seconds to make scallion oil.

Take the bread out and slice it. Open the bread and brush the inside with scallion oil. Sprinkle pork floss on top. Add thinly sliced ham and cheese, then bake for another 15 minutes at 350°F (175°C). When serving, drizzle mayonnaise and chili sauce on top.
