Steps

Heat oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves. Let them splutter then add green chillies, ginger, garlic and saute for few seconds.

Then add the sliced onions and saute till the onions turns translucent. Then add the grated beetroot and saute till it turns soft

Add the salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, roasted dessicated coconut and saute for few 2 minutes.

Add the cumin seeds powder, coriander powder, sesame seeds, lemon juice in the cooked rice. Mix this rice into the prepared beetroot mix. Cook it for few seconds and garnish with coriander leaves and serve warm.
