First for kadhai paneer masala :heat kadai add all ingredients and dry roast till get a aroma.let it cool and grind it into fine powder

For kadhai paneer:- in pan add butter,and cumin seeds add ginger garlic paste saute well add onion puree and saute for 2 to 3 minutes,add tomato puree,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt and saute well for a minute, add water and let it cook

Take another pan add oil or butter,add slice onion, capsicum,saute well add slice paneer, mix it well,2 tabsadd kadhai masala,1 tsp red chilli powder saute well,turn of the gas and transfer this it into prepared gravy,add cream and mix well

Garnished with coriander leaves and grated paneer served with tandoori roti or kulchas,kadhai paneer ready to served
