Homemade Sizzler Biscuit Brownie with ice cream

Powder the bourbon biscuits(25) and mix 80 grams of melted butter,1 tsp of cocoa powder,5 tablespoons of Milkmaid,1/2cup milk and enough sugar (if needed) together.Add vanilla essence to the mix.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degree for 25 minutes.

Allow brownies to cool and cut in square shapes.

Heat the sizzler plate. Place a piece of brownie(Please note that the brownie consistency is gooey) and add a scoop of Vanilla ice cream on top of it.

Simmer with chocolate syrup(at room temperature) on top of the ice cream and over the plate. Serve hot. Things to note, The plate should be just hot to get the sizzling effect.. A little too much of heat can burn the syrup
