Ingredients

3 ppl
  1. 2-3Pomfret fish (cleaned and sliced)
  2. For marination
  3. 3 tbspyoghurt
  4. 1 tbspginger-garlic paste
  5. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tbspchaat masala (optional)
  7. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. leavesOnion rings to garnish with coriander
  10. 2 tbspolive oil

  1. 1

    Mix the above ingredients to make a fine paste and apply all over the fish both sides

  2. 2

    Cover the mixture and keep for 30mins at room temperature

    Set the oven temp to 350 deg f and bake for 20min flipping over in between

  4. 4

    Garnish with freshly chopped onion rings/coriander leaves
