Take yoghurt and in a cloth hang it for 1 hour

Then take hinged yoghurt and add all the spices above-mentioned and make kababs out of it

Coat well with the bread crumbs and arrange them in a crust plate

Coat oil on top of kababs and fry then in the oven on 180 ° c for 10 minutes or until golden in colour

Serve hot with ketchup
