Steps

Wash and pat dry the chillies and give one slit.

Marinate chillies with curd, salt and turmeric powder and leave for 1 hour.

Heat up a pan add oil then put kalonji, mustard and fenugreek powder.

Put chopped tomato and cook till soft.
- 5
Add coriander powder and chillies along with curd and cook covered.
- 6
When chillies are cooked they can be served.
