Ingredients

15 minutes
1 bowl
  1. 8-10moti mirch
  2. 1 tbspcurd
  3. 1/2 spn salt
  4. 1/4 spn turmeric powder
  5. 1/2 spn oil
  6. 1/4 spn mustard seeds
  7. 1/4 spn fenugreek seeds powder
  8. 1/4 spn kalonji seeds
  9. 1/2 spn coriander powder

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and pat dry the chillies and give one slit.

  2. 2

    Marinate chillies with curd, salt and turmeric powder and leave for 1 hour.

    Heat up a pan add oil then put kalonji, mustard and fenugreek powder.

    Put chopped tomato and cook till soft.

    Add coriander powder and chillies along with curd and cook covered.

    When chillies are cooked they can be served.
