Steps

Take a bowl and pour Maida and Curd and mix it well. For fermentation keep it overnight.

Next day now prepare Chasni. Turn on the flame and pour sugar and water and food colour. Not to form crystal add lemon juice. Stir it properly. Don't bring to 1 tar chasni. Cook for little sticky. Just keep it side the pan and place another kadhai for making jalebis.

Pour oil. Heat it properly. In a medium flame always fry jalebis.

Now bring that batter at half teaspoon of deshi Ghee, food colour and mix it and transfer it to a Jalebi maker. Then slowly.... slowly make jalebis. One side done and flip it to other side. Fry till it crispy.

Then dip it inside the Chasni or sugar syrup for 2 mins. Similarly make rest of the jalebis. Then enjoy.
